Ancient Chinese bells inspire this trio of bells and offer a restful tone. Bells have been used throughout the ages to accompany dance, provide comfort, and warn of possible danger. The Chinese were the first to control the pitch or note of a bell, making it possible for them to play tunes. Soon, bells were being used to accompany worship. On New Year's Eve, the bells in Buddhist temples are rung 108 times, once for each of the 108 worldly desires. In the East, bells have become very important and are often decorated with significant symbols. For centuries, tuned bells have been suspended in homes and temples to ward off evil and attract good luck and prosperity. These ancient bells inspire Woodstock Temple Bells and work harmoniously with the wind to create gentle, soothing tones.

Seriously LOVE Woodstock Chimes!!!
I have order Woodstock chimes since we get Chimes on Lun from my husband’s sister in sometime around 1984 or 1985… I have 4 of hanging outside now. Bet I have bought 4 Healing Chimes since buying my present home in 2009 (living in Oklahoma where the “winds come sweeping down the plains”—-the wind is hard on chimes. I listened the Healing Chimes and my new Spirit Bel online at the time!!! Matching tones sounded perfect. My Chimes of Lun are no longer with us. Don’t think you make them anymore. Ordered Woodstock Chimes as presents for my friends who bought a new homes! Love them. As knowing the story of the “birth” of them only makes them more special.
