Warranty Policy

Products manufactured by Woodstock Percussion, LLC, are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Capiz, bamboo, glass, and coconut chimes or their components.
• Defects caused by normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use the product in accordance with the provided instructions.
• Unauthorized repair or modification of the product.

In the event of a defect, the product will be repaired promptly at no charge, or, at our option, replaced with a new product of equal or superior value. To process a claim, the product must be delivered to Woodstock Percussion, LLC, prepaid, along with the original sales slip or other proof of purchase.

Important: Prior approval is required for all returns.
Contact our Refurbishing and Warranty Department at refurbish@chimes.com to obtain a return authorization number. Once approved, return the product with the authorization number to the following address:
