This product includes 20 feet of tan 80 gauge braided Terylene string to be used with chime tops that measure 3.75, 5.25 or 7 inches in diameter. Please choose the string gauge appropriate to your chime top dimensions. Either black or tan colored string can be used.

I asked for help and got string

I contacted woodstock chimes as one of my chimes has loose strings. I have all the pieces for repair including string and said so. I asked if there was a tutorial or workshop for help to get it restrung. The response I got was, "All I can do is send you string." I received the pack of string that now sits next to my unstrung chimes. Surely this has been an issue for other people. Youtube will probably be more helpful.
