My 4th Chime from this Wonderful Company

Company Cares about Customers

I had ordered chimes to honor my father after his passing. I live in an apartment complex and FedEx usually sends a message with a photo of location of delivery. I didn't receive any notification. When I realized that some time had passed without delivery, I investigated. My package was delivered in my apartments vestibule 5 days previously. When I went down to look for the pkg, it was gone. Someone had taken it. I let Woodstock Chimes know what had happened and after FedEx didn't take any responsibility for their error, Woodstock Chimes sent me a replacement with the custom inscription I had requested. This is truly a wonderful company who wants to keep their customers happy. Thank you!!
