You are going to love this……… I have a spring ritual and a fall ritual that revolve around your chimes. When the frost is safely gone… ( Derby day) I switch my chimes to my warm weather chimes and enjoy them until the first frost on my car. Then I switch my warm weather chimes to this wonderful winter GONG. When I just hear the Heroic Windbell, it reminds me of snow. This tradition is now videotaped, and my friends and family look forward to it. I have now bought a set for my niece to carry on the same tradition. So, yes, I love your chimes. Thank you for the peace that you have given my family for years now.
We love love love our bell - it was a gift for our new home. We have the same issue as another review.
The bell has stood up to our harsh temperatures and winds. I have had some difficulty with the string breaking. We keep losing the flapper.
We need Keri in customer service to send us a replacement with heavier line. I absolutely love my bell!
I absolutely love my Windbell. It looks as good as it sounds. It has a very gentle soothing sound and adds so much charm and peace to my deck. The winds in South Dakota blow! The bell has stood up to our harsh temperatures and winds. I have had some difficulty with the string breaking but Keri in customer service has gone about and beyond in helping me with my issue. She has sent me a replacement gong and flapper and has sent heavier line. I absolutely love my bell!
