Encore Chimes of Pluto was a gift sent to my daughter. I have had a
Signature Chime since the 90's & love it. When I talked to her on the phone, I sat near it and she always could hear it and commented on it. That's when I decided she need one of her own. She is overjoyed to have received it. My only problem was placing the order. Took me many attempts over many days to try to get to talk to a real person. Finally via email, I was in contact with someone who called me. Once that happened the rest of the experience was good.

They were sent for a housewarming gift and our friends loved them. Their 2yr. Old son loved the sound!

The wind catcher on the chime is not big enough to catch the wind properly. So you don’t hear the chimes very much which defeats the purpose of having a wind chime.
