    Excellent Customer Service

    I had bought my Emperor Gong Chimes in January to replace the same set that I had for over at least 15 years. I hung the new set of chimes outside and a stiff wind in March just tore the cord holding them together apart. I contacted customer service asking for repair or replacement since they were only a few months old, and they replaced them immediately. I love the gong.It makes a beautiful sound, and people always comment on its beauty.

    The gong sparkles in the sun and sounds great. Just be sure you measure for the correct size the medium is a bit small.

    Not as large as I thought

    I had one in the past, it disappeared. My son sent me a link for this, and I bought it. It sounded different than the previous and then I discovered there were different sizes, will be ordering one of the larger sizes. I like the gong and I want one with a bit of a deeper tone.
