    generous service.I will always order my chimes from woodstock. I would suggest you do also. Best company around thank you so so much Woodstock Chimres!!!

    Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the Aloha Chimes. Not only was I offered many options for exchange and return but the service was beyond courteous,attentive,personal and generous.     Bought his for my son and his family for Christmas at Whole earth provision Co in Austin Texas and 3 months later the chimes totally fell apart. so disappointed.

    Bought his for my son and his family for Christmas at Whole earth provision Co in Austin Texas and 3 months later the chimes totally fell apart. so disappointed.

    After my January review expressing disappointment with both deceptive packaging and a cold, harsh and weak light that lit up neither the chime nor heart, I received a message saying I'd be contacted soon by someone from the company. Six weeks later I still await the messenger. In the meantime, the chime went from the front porch to the back yard; chimes are still singing & charming, but now I don't have to see it so often.
