I was very disappointed that I sent two expensive gifts, Chimes of Earth, and neither recipient received a card or label stating who sent them, and why. I had clearly indicated on both orders they were gifts, and what the message should say. Additionally, customer service was a long wait (seemingly outsourced), and the reply to my complaint was indifferent.

Apparently these chimes were send with FEDEX, and yet they are still not here. I'm sure the chimes are great, but disappointing service.
