Description

Written in 1939 by composer Harold Arlen and lyricist Yip Harburg for the movie The Wizard of Oz, Over the Rainbow was sung by Judy Garland in her starring role as Dorothy Gale. Almost cut from the film, it went on to win the Academy Award for Best Original Song and is now a mainstay in American culture. It's the number one song in the American Film Institute's 100 Years...100 Songs list for the 20th century and is the most recorded song in history. When your customers hang this chime in their home or garden they'll be reminded that somewhere over the rainbow...dreams that you dare to dream really do come true. This chime carries a lifetime tuning guarantee.

    Perfect Gift

My late brother’s favorite song was “Over the Rainbow.” We gave it to his friends who hosted us for his funeral services; it is a lasting tribute to him and a fitting thank you gift.

    Wind chime review

I am so happy I ordered these windchimes! I got them in memory of a family member who loved this song. They sound beautiful and are high quality wind chimes. I like that you can take the wind catcher off and have someone engrave it too!

    Can't really recognize the song!

    Can't really recognize the song!

    Hello Allen,
The Over The Rainbow Chime is tuned to the opening notes of the song of the same name but doesn't 'play' the song (unless the wind gets very very lucky). We're sorry for any misunderstanding.
