    Limited options for customization. Late shipping and delivery with no apology. The product is comparable to others on the market. Recommend finding a different company to order from - with responsive, friendly customer service.

    Perfect Gift

    I ordered this to give to a friend that had just moved into a new house. He heard my chimes one day but said the tone was too low for him. When I heard this chime I thought he might like it. When he received the Pachelbel Canon Chime - Bronze, he was ecstatic. He had to make a video and text me how him and his wife both loved the sound, They were so thankful. He had to wait a couple days for the rain to subside so he could hang them up outside. But his very words were, these chimes are outstanding. We love them.
