    Late delivery, ripped box

    Ordered for memorial gift, estimated delivery listed as 3-4 days Feb Ex, arrived at least a week later and box had small tear in it. I was able to find one locally for much less in time for event. Wind chime is very nice though.

When I didn’t hear from her after receiving your notice that the package had been delivered, I called her and said I hope you received something in the mail. She said no, and then remembered having received a wind chime. She thought it was mistakenly sent to her, because there was no card in it…

    Not very durable. Expect better quality for price

    I have five of these chimes, and I’m sick of having to repair them all the time. I’m assuming they’re meant for outdoor use … but the stain comes off within a couple of months. And then on my amazing grace wind chime that I paid a lot of money for, The centerpiece fell out, and one of the chimes fell down because the nail came out. And I get so tired of nailing this thing back together for what it cost.

    They don’t hold up at all in the Texas weather. Also the chimes themselves turn colors and look bad. I don’t know if it is oxidizing or what.

    Amazing Grace Wind Chimes

    This is my second purchase of these beautiful wind chimes. I gave these to dear friends after the passing of their mothers. Unfortunately, my last purchase arrived at my friend’s home without my note that I had written. She did not know who they came from, and had to call your company. I was very disappointed that my heartfelt note was not included. Other than that issue the chimes are beautiful and I would like to continue sending these to my loved ones. I hope I can be assured that my notes will be attached in the future.
