Perfect!

I love this door chime. Exactly what I was looking for. It holds strong to my side door entrance, no problem! I’ve had it for awhile.

love them but 2 prbs arise

I love the sounds and look. When I put them on the door I have 2 problems. They slide down the door panel. Solution had to put a magnet on the door at the bottom side of the chimes. I have blinds and need to open and close them using the side tab that needs to slide vertically. There isn't enough room, for this to be accomplished, after positioning the chime box on the door. So twice each day I must manually remove the box, slide the tab, then replace the chime box. I love the sound and the materials. The design needs to be reconsidered.

Hi Lita,
We’re happy to hear that you love the sound and look of your Zenergy Door Chime. With the three strong magnets and two keyhole slots on the back side of the chime we tried to anticipate most situations for securing the chime. Some factors can diminish the holding force of the magnets. If you purchased your chime within the past year and feel there is an issue with the chime, please contact us at customercare@chimes.com, along with a picture of the chime as it’s attached to the door. We are happy to assist you however we can.

I hope this is helpful.
