SKU: HWLY
Description
A handcrafted steel bell that has deep resonance and plays beautifully in the wind. Its contemporary harbor gray color takes Old World charm and updates it to work with modern styling. With its bold tone and design, this handcrafted, wind-activated bell functions nicely as a welcome bell at any entrance to your home or garden. We tone our bells to unite two important ways the instrument vibrates. One is the sound of the bell itself, and the other is the hollow chamber inside the bell that acts like an organ pipe. The slots on the sides of the bell are the secret to this unique coupling. The result is a rich sound with much depth and beauty. This steel bell has been coated with a handsome, durable finish so that you can enjoy it for years. Hang your Heroic Windbell in a breezy spot and let it play in the wind.

    Chime

I love the chime. It reminds me of the sea. Haven't been able go. Can't get in the water cause of ms bad balance. I always went to the ocean every year and got in the water. Now I can't. THIS windchime reminds me of the sea. I love it. At least now I have this.

Thank you so much for your kind words and 5-star review, Pamela! We’re deeply touched to hear how much the Heroic Windbell means to you. The fact that its sound reminds you of the sea and brings a bit of the ocean’s magic into your life is exactly what we hope for with every chime we create. We’re honored to be a small part of keeping that special connection alive for you. Wishing you many peaceful, sea-scented moments with your windbell!

    Bigger than expected!

This is a beautiful chime, and it sounds beautiful, but it is huge - pay attention to the product specifications, the photos are misleading. I exchanged it for a medium.

I love the sound of the large, Harbor Gray Windbell. It has the softest sound and reminds me instantly of "ocean". I highly recommend this windbell as a relaxing sound.

    Always a good product.

I have a 5 gal. bucket full of repair jobs. This was my birthday gift to myself. Still figuring placements, so not added to bucket, as where I live can get high winds. The big cylindrical gong can hold a note for minutes. Love them!

The bell has a beautiful tone, meditative in nature. It is well built, heavy weight construction.
