It's a beautiful quality made chime. And my friend greatly appreciated the gift. The sound of the chimes sound perfect and soothing. The only negative thing I would say and this happened twice now is that the personalized card either didn't get included so the recipient didn't know who sent it. Or the card was at the "very bottom" of the box under all the packing where no one looks. So my friend did not look there..no one would. And she had no idea I sent the gift. So I hope they they can put the card where a recipient can see it! I had to caIl both friends to tell them I sent the gift. I wonder how many people never found out who sent these chime gifts?? 😕

This was a birthday present for my elderly Mom who pretty much has everything she needs.
She said it was one of the most thoughtful gifts she'd ever received, particularly with the personal message inscribed on it. The sound of the chimes was very pure and melodious.
