Woodstock Seashore Chimes - Sea Star

SKU: SST
Description
A realistic hand-painted sea star windcatcher adds to this chime's appeal. This coastal-themed wind chime is tuned to a traditional Balinese scale from the exotic instruments of the Indonesian Gamelan Orchestra. Starfish or sea stars are radially symmetric and typically have five rays or arms. They live on the sea floor; most can regenerate damaged or lost arms. This windchime's hand-painted windcatcher captures the beauty of the reefs without robbing them of their excellent resources. Sea stars are the ocean's treasures, and the vast oceans are full of life. Surrounding: Add treasure to your home or garden, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach all year long.

    Wind chimes

The quality is really good. But I hardly hear it chimes. I hung it in our lanai where we get breeze most of the time but it hardly chime maybe we hung it too high. I don’t know maybe it’s not enough breeze to make a sound.

    This chime make me happy

I have a critical ear. Call it perfect pitch or whatever you like, but there are few windchimes that are pleasing to my ears. The Sea Shore chime is a pleasing chime! It is a great addition to a set of lower toned chimes or on its own it's a great chime that makes me think of sandy dunes and windblown grasses.
