    I sent the Memorial chimes to my friend after her father died. I never heard from her. I finally had to call her to make sure she received them. She did and loved them. However, she did not get the card I filled out with them and did not know who they came from. She loved the chimes, but I am disappointed in the customer service.

    Gift notes

    I’m very pleased with the chimes and have given them at least 3 times to friends as gifts. However, when my friends received them not a one of them knew who they were from even though I had filled the gift card. They aren’t find the gift cards. It is awkward to have to finally ask them if they received them......
