Emperor Gong - Medium, Chi

The Emperor Gong-Med Chi looks as expected, it has the quality build we have come to appreciate with Woodstock Chimes, but this chime was a pricey mistake. We are disappointed with it's harsh clanging sound. We wish we would have considered the larger deeper sounding Large Emperor Gong even though it has whopping double the price tag. Usually the sound quality from Woodstock Chimes is appealing. We requested a return/exchange which was granted, but we would have to pay the return charges/freight, which we found would be too much, so I guess we will have to live with it. We have bought several chimes from both the Woodstock web site directly and Amazon, but with Amazon our returns are no hassle, no cost, no problem, which will be remembered moving forward.

Purchase this gong for my daughter as a house warming gift. The tone matches exactly as it sounded on the website. Very calm and peaceful tone.
