This chime is named for the "blue planet," the planet we call home. The third planet from the sun, Earth is the only planet whose name does not come from Greek or Roman mythology.

I purchased “Chimes of Earth” about a year ago. After a storm a couple of months ago, I wrote an e-mail to Woodstock. During the storm it appeared that one of the strings had become un-knotted and I wondered if there was a way to repair it. With no questions more asked, a brand new set of chimes was mailed to me. Sometimes the best things really do come in small packages. I needed a token gift for a friend going through some tough times. She talks about the angels that watch over her, so I knew an angel would be the perfect gift. Most that I found just weren’t pretty and were much too big. This one is tiny, sweet, delicate and just perfect for hanging anywhere as a reminder of the good stuff in life! I ordered 3 angels and they arrived packaged securely (they're so delicate, I was afraid they would break) and unbroken. The gift was a hit and it now hangs in my friend’s garden, watching over all who come by. Price was very reasonable and the website was easy to navigate. Lovely!
