Arrived with huge splinter sticking out the bottom and a *very* shiny finish that was not as pictured. Shipped from Virginia because apparently Woodstock Chimes was bought by a private equity company but pretends they are still located in Woodstock. Three stars because the splinter didn't actually remove much visible wood and the sound is as advertised. The plastic mallet does slide under the bar, but doesn't stay there unless wrapped in cloth.
