    I was not happy with the two I ordered from you. Compared to the one I bought from Costco these two look like a cheap knockoffs.

    one wooden chime arrived cracked, but chimes sound good

    I was excited to receive the chimes I ordered in the mail, but was disappointed that one of the wooden hanging chimes was cracked upon arrival. As these chimes were purchased as a gift, it was awkward and I didn't have time to return them, and gave them as is. They still sounded lovely, but disappointing way to give a gift.
