I bought this for my daughter's 50th. Didn't know what to buy. She loved it. It hangs on her back deck. The sound is beautiful.

Encore Chimes of Pluto was a gift sent to my daughter. I have had a
Signature Chime since the 90's & love it. When I talked to her on the phone, I sat near it and she always could hear it and commented on it. That's when I decided she need one of her own. She is overjoyed to have received it. My only problem was placing the order. Took me many attempts over many days to try to get to talk to a real person. Finally via email, I was in contact with someone who called me. Once that happened the rest of the experience was good.

    Insufficient wind catcher

The wind catcher on the chime is not big enough to catch the wind properly. So you don’t hear the chimes very much which defeats the purpose of having a wind chime.

    Beautiful!

The chime itself is amazing! It sounds pretty and has a nice style. My only complaint is that the wind catcher doesn't have much finish as my other Woodstock chime, Chimes of The Eclipse.

    Lasted over 20 years

I bought this chime over 20 years ago while on vacation. Can't even remember what National Park store I got it from. I oil it down every season before I bring it out in the spring, and before I put it away for winter. It's beautiful and is such a peaceful sound. I think I'll sand & refinish the wood this winter. Flutes are still in perfect shape.
