Bamboo gives our Asli Arts wind chimes a mellow, musical, and enchanting sound, unlike any other wind chime. Our chimes are made with pride by Balinese craftsmen. Each piece is individually hand-carved and handcrafted. Coconut and bamboo are used to make these instruments of nature. In addition, musicians hand-tune each chime. Testing the sound of each tube, our musicians/craftsmen create chimes that sound as good as they look. Hand-toning each tube and selecting a range of sizes ensures that each chime produces a unique melody.
This product is handcrafted with pride by artisans in Bali, therefore sizes can vary.
I loved the sound of these wind chimes but unfortunately they began to grow mold after being outside for only a couple weeks! I am disappointed and I hope they don't rot. They sound wonderful but I am worried they will not last.
I prefer the sounds of bamboo over traditional chimes and this did not disappoint. This one has a bit of a deep sound which is what I wanted. Very happy with this purchase and it's a lovely aesthetic addition to the yard.

My boyfriend likes the bamboo windchimes & I purchased this as a Christmas present. He loves it. It's well made and has a very nice sound.

Love the chimes for outdoors
We have 3 sets of Woodstock Chimes placed so that each chimes according to the direction of the prevailing wind/s. Our Craftsmen Chimes from the North, Chimes of the Eclipse from the South, and our new Chimes of Crystal Silence from the West. Winds from the East produce a wonderful collaboration from both the Craftsman and Eclipse that never seems discordant no matter how hard the winds blow.
So, whether chiming singly, or in concert, they are wonderfully soothing and enable one to escape the stressors (albeit briefly) of a world that has become increasingly hostile and unpredictable.
The quality of design and craftsmanship is, and always has been, excellent. The Chimes of Crystal Silence look great, have lovely tones, and are a very welcome addition to our modest, but growing, collection. They sounded good online, but in person they are even better.
From our perspective, no other chimes come close to the quality, value, and pleasure that Woodstock Chimes offer.
Absolutely beautiful was going to give this as a gift but kept it for myself. Very tiny though which is ok with me.
