I bought a chime like this while in Florida and brought it home. Eventually I took the chimes up to our farm where it was left out to be ravaged by weather. My husband was big mad about it, so I ordered this one to replace it. its even better than the original. Better bird with better paint job. this one is under shelter to preserve it but gets plenty of wind. we love it. 10/10
Hello Val,
Hi [Customer's Name],
We absolutely loved reading your 5-star review—what a fun story! ✨
It sounds like your original chime had quite the adventure, but we’re thrilled to hear that its new and improved replacement has found the perfect spot! With a better bird, better paint job, and plenty of wind, it sounds like this one is here to stay.
Thank you for choosing Woodstock Chimes again—we hope your crazy coconut bird brings you joy (and no more 'big mad' moments) for years to come!

The Bells Of Paradise have a very peaceful calming sound as they sway with the slightest breeze. Because I opted for the 54” chimes, I purchased a stand that is made to hold them rather than a shepherd’s hook. Works so well with the large size chimes. I definitely recommend the Bells of paradise. They have a very tranquil sound!
These chimes are beautiful to look at and to listen to. They make sitting out on our deck, such a delight!
I have two of the Chimes of Neptune, one on the front porch and one on the back porch. I like to leave my chimes hanging up all the time no matter how hard the Texas wind here blows so about once every couple years I have to restring the chime on the front porch where the wind does its worst. The string is the same as the original string it had when I got the chimes new. I also kept the instructions how to string the chime so I do it right. The string is easy to use and looks perfect when I'm done restringing my chime. Of course the string can only take so much abuse from our wind and usually it will last about a year or year and a half before breaking. I really appreciate that you sell replacement parts for your chimes, instructions and have a phone number to call if I have any problems.
